Junior Sluggers

Introduces the basic fundamentals of the game in a fun and non-competitive environment. Proper throwing, hitting, fielding, catching, and base running will be taught through a variety of drills. Parent participation encouraged. Space is limited. *6 week class, **skip 11/23

Players will learn the physical and mental sides of becoming a good pitcher. Various pitching drills will be used to help the player understand all the components of pitching. This includes: pitch grip, the set-up, balance, arm angle, conditioning, pick-offs and much more. *skip 11/23
